Our engineering client is looking for an experienced Works Manager for their fabrication factory. It is essential that you have Team Leader/Management experience as well as being a competent TIG Welder using stainless tubular material. Whilst around 60% of the working time will be spent on the shop floor TIG Welding, the remainder will be spent in a senior operational role. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing activities, staff and production processes within the fabrication factory. This will include: * leading and supervising production teams. * Project Coordination * Health & Safety Compliance * Quality Control * Budgeting & Cost Control Required Skills: * Proven experience in TIG Welding Stainless Steel tubular material. * A track record of team leadership or management in a fabrication environment. * CAD experience would be useful, but is not essential.
