We’re currently looking for a licensed or eligible Hearing Instrument Specialist or Hearing Instrument Dispenser to join our growing team in Stayner, Gravenhurst, and Exeter.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and consultations.
* Recommend personalized hearing solutions tailored to each client’s needs and lifestyle.
* Fit, program, and maintain hearing instruments, completing all associated documentation (including WSIB, DVA, and medical reports).
* Educate clients on their hearing health and available treatment options.
* Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure long-term success.
* Engage with local communities to build awareness and support.
* Foster a culture of compassion, trust, and clinical excellence within your clinic.


Who You Are

* A licensed (or license-eligible) Hearing Instrument Specialist or Hearing Instrument Dispenser in Ontario.
* Passionate about improving lives through better hearing.
* Skilled in consultative sales, with the ability to match solutions to individual needs.
* A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Motivated, professional, and dedicated to team success.
