They are now looking for a Customer Service & Internal Sales Manager to lead an internal CS & Internal Sales function\n\nDescription\n\nLead & manage a team of Internal Sales Administrators, developing capabilities and performance across the team\nDrive order management and processing activities across the team, ensuring accuracy and in line with SLA's\nDrive up-selling and cross-selling across the team when supporting existing B2B customers, supporting again growth and commercial objectives\nSet individual and team performance metrics, monitor KPI's and deliver regular performance feedback\nWork closely with senior leadership to ensure the functions strategy aligns to wider business objectives\nEnsure customer accounts are best managed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business\nImplement best practise and strong processes around Customer Service, Internal Sales and CRM usage\nSupport complaint resolution process \nSupport the business in maintaining adherence to ISO standardsProfile\n\nExperience managing a Customer Service or Internal Sales function\nStrong people leader\nExcellent communicator\nUnderstanding of order fulfilment / supply chain process\nKnowledge of ISO9001 (desirable)Job Offer\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a Manufacturing& FMCG business in the role of Customer Service & Internal Sales Manager\n\nSalary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience\n\nFree parking\n\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\nCompany Pension\n\nLife Assurance
