Set in 32 acres of stunning countryside nestled in the heart of Sandhurst, Wellington College Prep is one of the leading Prep Schools in the UK with state-of-the-art facilities, boasting a proud history alongside a progressive and exciting approach to education, to encourage pupils to learn for life and constantly evolving to embrace new ideas to enable our pupils to be the best they can be.
In this newly created role, you'll lead site management, compliance, and logistics, ensuring our facilities are safe, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals. You'll manage contractors, oversee maintenance, support sustainability initiatives, and coordinate school-wide events — all while fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and courage.
You will join on a Full Time, permanent basis (40 hours per week),
What we're looking for:
Experience in facilities or operations management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams
Understanding of health & safety and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
Desirable qualifications:
IWFM Level 3 or above
IOSH or NEBOSH certification
Experience working in a school environment
