The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility in Leicester.
You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric.
You will be part of a 2 man team working on opposites of the shift pattern below .
This is a 2 week shift pattern on a 42 hour week ,
Week 1 : working - Mon, Tues, Sat ,Sun. (4 Days)
Week 2 : working - Weds ,Thurs, Fri. ( 3 Days)
12 hour days 6am - 6pm
The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are qualified Electrician with 18th edition or a minimum of electrical competencies.
The Salary:
Salary is up to £41,984 + OT + 20 days holiday and 3%/5% pension
