You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Slough where we are responsible for bringing Skanska’s purpose to build for a better society to life—creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
We are currently looking for a Document Controller who will be responsible for managing projects (Electronic Data Management System).
As the Document Controller, you will:
1. Facilitate the submission of all documents through the specified EDMS platform. Ensure that the EDMS and Naming Protocols are up to date and issued.
2. QA checking process to be carried out, via the submission process.
3. Liaising with Skanska Team, Client, Design Team and Subcontractors.
4. All standard document controller tasks on project i.e invites, workflow creation and management, security groups etc.
5. Produce action reports and issue to Skanska, Design and Subcontractor teams as required at project level.
6. Ensure adherence to established operating procedures during document submissions on several projects.
We are looking for:
7. Significant experience of Project Document Control Role (Minimum of 3+ years).
8. Significant experience of working with a multi faceted team.
9. At least at 2+ years experience using ASite and Procore.
10. ISO 19650 Experience.
11. Design Management Process awareness.
12. Working in a site office and being use to large construction project. environment.
