A new opportunity has arisen at our Nottinghamshire location. As the Council's strategic partner, we are integrating the wider health and social care systems across Nottinghamshire to implement a cultural change programme that prioritizes technology as the first line of response.
We are looking for a Service Center Manager (TEC) responsible for developing and executing the Nottinghamshire TEC service model. You will oversee the TEC programme and operational delivery, manage relationships with the commissioning team and key stakeholders, and optimize business processes.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering change management and operational leadership
* Managing all aspects of the contract including contract management, operations, customer service, inventory, P&L, and resource management
* Collaborating with central services to develop and implement the tendered model, setting strategies and objectives to meet contract KPIs
All about you
* Experience in developing and successfully implementing strategic and business plans, with skills in writing and developing SOPs
* Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance measures, with attention to detail for reviewing expenditures, analyzing data, and preparing reports
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to confidently convey complex ideas to NHS commissioning bodies, senior management, and private sector decision-makers
* Significant experience in the TEC environment, with proven achievements, and a good understanding of the healthcare and social care equipment market
