The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week This is a 40-week-per-year role, which includes term time, non-pupil days, and an additional 1 week during school closure periods. A Day in the Life: You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas: Constructing and distributing precise internal examination timetables, detailing venues and timings. Liaising, training and arranging the team of external invigilators to meet the exam invigilation requirements. Creating the master external examination timetable, including efficient allocation of rooms and seating arrangements. What We're Looking For: You are the perfect fit for our team if you have: Successful experience of working with children in an education, health or social care environment GCSE A - C (or equivalent) Maths and English Ability to use ICT communication and administrative systems effectively (The full details can be found in the attached Job Outline and Person Specification).
