Overview
After School Club Manager – Hammersmith at Junior Adventures Group UK. Location: St Peter's CE Primary School, 33 St Peter's Road, Hammersmith, London, W6 9BA. Hours: 8.75 hours per week during term time (opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during holiday clubs). Additional hours paid if you work during the breakfast club at a nearby site (total up to 13.75 hrs per week). Contracts available: Term Time only or Fixed 52 week Permanent.
Pay: up to £15.00 per hour (plus holiday pay if on a term-time-only contract & London Weighting). The role involves compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. DBS check will be conducted via the employer. Two references required: one from the most recent employer and one from a childcare setting (if applicable).
Note: You may be put forward for Paediatric First Aid Qualification, paid for by us if not already qualified. SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours during term time: Monday to Friday, 16:15 – 18:00 for After School Club; overtime occasionally available 15:00 – 18:00. Holiday clubs: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Accessibility: There is parking outside the school; the site is ten minutes from Hammersmith Station by public transport.

Responsibilities
* Lead and support staff to deliver a safe, engaging, and effective after-school programme; motivate team members and ensure high standards of delivery.
* Ensure effective communication between venue, team, parents, the school or host site, and Central Operations.
* Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care that inspires children to explore their interests.
* Plan, supervise, and deliver a structured activities programme across a range of activities (multi-sport, games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play).
* Follow procedures and policies; implement safeguarding and operational protocols with the team.
* Be proactive, responsible, and able to follow established guidelines; create a warm, energetic, and welcoming environment.
* Demonstrate flexibility and a genuine, people-focused approach to work, contributing to a positive team culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in management and team leadership; passion for children's development.
* SEN experience desirable but not essential.
* Paediatric First Aid qualification (paid for by employer if not already held).
* DBS check (via employer); two references (one from most recent employer, one from childcare setting if applicable).
* KCSIE compliance required.
