Senior Long Term Conditions Physiotherapist Location : Selkirk Hours : Full-time employed – 37.5 hours per week Are you a compassionate and experienced physiotherapist with a passion for supporting people with complex, long-term conditions? We’re looking for a Senior Long Term Conditions Physiotherapist to join our friendly, forward-thinking team at HomePhysio By Nicola Ltd. Based at our welcoming Selkirk clinic (with the option of home visits and leading group classes), you’ll deliver personalised, holistic physiotherapy to older adults, people living with neurological conditions, frailty, and multi-morbidity. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll have time to build real relationships and help clients move better, feel better, and live better. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing expert physiotherapy to people with long-term conditions across clinic, home and community settings Managing a caseload including neurological conditions, frailty, deconditioning, falls risk and functional decline Leading and developing evidence-based group exercise classes (e.g. falls prevention, strength and balance, mobility) Collaborating with families, carers, and wider health teams to support meaningful goals Reviewing care plans and delivering rehab that supports confidence, independence and quality of life Mentoring junior staff and supporting service development We’d Love to Hear from You If You: Are HCPC and CSP registered with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant areas Have strong clinical reasoning in neurology, community rehab or care of older adults Enjoy delivering both one-to-one and group-based rehab sessions Communicate with empathy, clarity and professionalism Are confident working independently and contributing to a team Are eligible to work in the UK Full UK Drivers license Why Join Us?
