Job Overview About The Role Our Rework Admin play a vital part in the customer journey by delivering excellence and assisting with any sales related queries. Our ideal candidate will have a working have experience providing exceptional customer service and the knowledge to upload to our selling sites, e.g Ebay. There are no individual sales targets for this role, you will be working in a small team environment dealing with inbound customer service queries. We offer attractive internal development opportunities, and we provide full training on site. Salary: £24,950.50 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4.00pm (37.5 hours per week) Job Type: Full time and permanent contract Location: AO Latchford Building, Weston Road, Crewe CW1 6NA Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing Providing excellent customer service Listing items directly onto our website Replying to customer queries via phone, email, and messages through eBay Taking inbound sales calls (no cold calling involved) Process exchanges and refunds Inputting orders Updating stock on the system General administration tasks A Few Things About You While working it is important that we all work together to stay motivated throughout the shift, therefore you must be able to work independently and work well within a team.
