This role includes mentoring responsibilities and requires knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly HTTP. While agnostic on frameworks, we are currently utilising Python.

Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance modules for the project using C#/.Net technologies.
* Collaborate with Agile teams to foster discussions and teamwork.
* Conduct Business Analysis to provide insights and shape the product direction.
* Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and contribute to the team.
* Utilise front-end technologies, focusing on HTTP, and work within agnostic frameworks.
* Engage in Agile methodologies and contribute to microservices and automation processes.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in .Net and C# development.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of JavaScript and Python.
* Understanding of microservices architecture and automation processes.
* Strong business analysis skills and ability to provide product direction insights.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in mentoring and developing junior talent.
* Familiarity with workforce management processes is advantageous.
