Chiropractic Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Part-Time | Aylesbury | April 2026 – Up to 52 Weeks
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Chiropractic Assistant to join our dedicated team of health professionals for maternity cover beginning in April 2026 (up to 52 weeks).

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional clinic environment. This is not a passive reception role; we are looking for someone who is attentive, approachable and ready to take initiative.
You will support both patients and practitioners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering exceptional service.
This is a part-time position (19–37.5 hours per week) based in Aylesbury. Some Saturday working is required, and flexibility to cover additional shifts during holidays or sickness would be appreciated.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a warm, friendly welcome to our clients, greeting them by name
Handling telephone bookings and email enquiries promptly and professionally
Managing appointments, processing payments, and completing end-of-day cashing up
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records via our online system
Supporting chiropractors with patient care where required (full training provided)
Opening and closing the clinic depending on shift pattern
Carrying out cleaning duties to maintain our high clinical standards
Attending twice-yearly team meetings (occasional travel required)
