Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing suitability reports and client documentation.
* Conduct research on financial products and investment solutions.
* Support the paraplanning team with compliance checks and administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
* Liaise with advisers and clients to gather necessary information.
Person Specification
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Good understanding of financial services or willingness to learn.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Progress toward or interest in financial planning qualifications (e.g., CII Diploma) is desirable.
