Are you a Lawyer/Legal Counsel with experience working within talent representation agency's or directly with talent? Do you have a strong background in talent contracts, brand deals and commercial agreements?
A leading talent agency that represents influencers, creators, TV presenters, actors and celebrities are looking for a legal counsel to support them as they continue to grow and expand.
We are open to applications from candidates looking for full-time, part-time, freelance and contract roles.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate talent contracts, brand deals and commercial agreements
Advise on endorsement, licensing and partnership agreements
Ensure contracts align with industry best practices and legal compliance
Support talent managers with contract reviews, contract issues, structuring and risk assessment.
What We're Looking For
~1-3+ years of legal experience in a talent agency, entertainment law firm, or in-house within entertainment/media
~ Strong understanding of talent contracts, brand collaborations, and commercial agreements
~ Experience working with influencers, creators, celebrities, actors, musicians, or TV presenters
