Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in a secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* A commitment to delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to contribute positively to the wider school community.
