Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to directors, including diary management and travel arrangements.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Coordinate and organise meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared and distributed promptly.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Supporting HR activities such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and process administration
Managing sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Helping maintain compliance, governance, and audit-ready processes
Identifying ways to improve efficiency, structure, and communication across the business
Profile
A successful EA to Directors should have:
Proven experience in a similar executive assistant or high-level administrative role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A professional and adaptable attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in the Technology & Telecoms sector is advantageous.
Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive information.Job Offer
