About the Role:
Working as part of the senior team, the Assistant Hotel Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the hotel. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of all departments with a focus on F&B / restaurant and events operations.
As a visible leader on the floor, youll ensure high standards are maintained and guest satisfaction remains our top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, setting high standards of service across all areas of the hotel
Act as the point of contact for guests, handling queries or complaints promptly and professionally
Support and supervise the hotel team across departments, ensuring efficient daily operations
Assist with weddings and events, ensuring smooth operational delivery a positive guest experience
Maintain a strong presence on the floor and be willing to be hands on as part of your day to day role
The Candidate:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality (hotel or events preferred)
A proactive, guest-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
A natural team leader who motivates and inspires others
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key event periods
