Vehicle Technician £42,000 – £48,000 | Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm Our client is a well established and growing business and a leasing player in fleet insurance, and one of the UK’s premier engine suppliers. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy and dynamic team in Chesterfield. This is a hands‑on role working with a wide range of vehicles, carrying out diagnostics, repairs, removals and refits to a high professional standard. What You’ll Be Doing as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Removing, refitting and repairing petrol and diesel engines Carrying out diagnostics and fault‑finding Ensuring all work meets strict safety and quality standards Working as part of a skilled, fast‑moving workshop team What they are Looking For Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Confident working with both petrol and diesel engines Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Able to provide your own tools Full UK driving licence Immediate start is available — but we’re happy to wait for the right person What they Offer £42,000 – £48,000 per year Monday–Friday only (7:00am–4:00pm) Stable, full‑time permanent role Opportunity to join a respected business Pensions Overtime and additional earning potential
