Job Title: Graduate Geotechnical Engineer

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Development Programme
Are you graduating in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences or a related discipline and looking to launch your career as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer? Our client is a leading specialist in earthworks, quarry restoration, landfill engineering and major land development projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding technical team based in Warrington.
The Role
As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers to support the design, monitoring and delivery of a wide range of projects, including:
* Earthworks and ground engineering schemes
* Quarry restoration and development projects
* Landfill and containment cell engineering
* Infrastructure and access road design
* Technical modelling and engineering calculations
* Ground material assessment and validation
* Site inspections and quality assurance activities
You’ll gain exposure to both office‑based design work and practical site engineering, allowing you to develop a broad and highly valuable skillset.

* Environmental Geoscience
* Geography (with a geology or geoscience focus)
