Chichester College is seeking an Associate Lecturer to teach Maths and Science at levels 3 and 4. As our Associate Lecturer in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and training to our motivated students. Your expertise and enthusiasm will ignite their passion for the STEM subjects, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in these dynamic industries. Our Associate Lecturer in STEM will have extensive working knowledge in a related subject. A minimum of a level 3 qualification in a related subject is also essential. You will be joining the College’s STEM department at an exciting time. Our new multi-million pound STEM facility is currently being built, scheduled to open later in 2025. Standing at four storeys, the new building will be home to a suite of modern teaching and interactive spaces including automotive and engineering workshops which will house facilities enabling students to train with composites, robotics, materials, renewable energies, additive manufacturing, CAD, CNC, electric and hybrid vehicle technology, as well as petrol and diesel vehicles. There will also be dedicated suites for computing and an array of modern science laboratories. You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Engineering and have relevant industrial experience in the subject. Experience of working or training in a range of environments is essential.
