Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving the Hotel’s operational objectives through strong, hands-on leadership and a commitment to excellence. With a solid Food & Beverage background, you will lead our F&B and Kitchen departments alongside our F&B Supervisors, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance with food safety. You will develop and inspire the team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, control departmental costs and payroll and deputise for the General Manager when required.
