Key duties include:
* Generate accurate invoices from completed Job Sheets, following customer Service Level Agreements
* Welcome walk-in customers and provide helpful, friendly service every time
* Check Job Sheets for accuracy and completion, chasing up any missing information
* Support the Site Manager and wider team in achieving sales, profit, and service targets
* Log and assign customer call-outs to Technicians using their tablets
* Order consumables in line with policies and health & safety standards
* Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, delivering a high level of customer service

Skills & Experience:
* Great customer service skills with experience in a customer-facing role
* Comfortable working towards set goals and targets
* Experience working with IT systems and computer-based ordering systems
* Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
* Open to learning and taking on new training or initiatives
