We're looking for an organised and proactive Grounds and Estates Co-ordinator to join our team and take pride in making sure our grounds and facilities in the south region are safe, functional, and welcoming all year round.
In this key role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of grounds maintenance, trees and estates services predominantly in the south region but also across Abri. Working collaboratively with managers, contractors, site teams, and customers, you'll make sure planned maintenance schedules are carried out efficiently, respond to urgent issues as they arise, and help to enhance the overall environment of our estates. From providing statistical data for reports to raising PO's and the purchase ledger process and health and safety compliance, no two days will be the same.
