This post demands a wide range of skills and experience, including a good understanding of IT technical terminology, and a proven ability to manage complex projects, mitigate risks and provide strategic support to investment priorities. An excellent understanding of how IT can support the strategic direction of the Health Board, along with the ability to deliver a varied workload, with a proven track record in using a range of IT systems is essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
