About the Role: We're working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Macclesfield that is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their team. This role will see you transition your existing care and support skills into an education setting as a Teaching Assistant, providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to children with additional needs. Your day-to-day will involve: Supporting pupils with SEND or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs Working closely with class teachers and SENCO to adapt learning strategies Helping children engage with classroom activities and develop key life skills Encouraging confidence, independence, and a love of learning Ideal Candidate Will Have: ✅ Experience working with children and/or vulnerable adults ✅ A background in residential care, youth work, or support services (highly desirable) ✅ Patience, empathy, and strong behaviour management skills ✅ A proactive, team-focused attitude ✅ A genuine passion for helping young learners thrive Why Apply?
