£45,000 OTE plus benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the few remaining family-owned dealer groups across our established sites in Canterbury and Maidstone.
We are looking for driven and customer-focused individuals to represent our Lipscomb brand partners (Volvo and Geely). This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences to thrive within a supportive, high-performing environment.

As a Sales Consultant, you will take full ownership of the customer journey—from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover—ensuring a professional, seamless, and engaging experience while maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance: Proactively manage enquiries, generate new business, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Customer Journey Ownership: Guide customers through the full sales process, from first contact to delivery and follow-up.
3. Product Presentation: Confidently present and demonstrate a wide range of vehicles, tailoring recommendations to suit customer needs.
4. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Finance & Upselling: Promote finance, insurance, and additional products to maximise profitability.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
