My client is a global financial services firm looking to hire an experienced regulatory lawyer from either a contentious or non-contentious background.
The role will see you advising the business on existing and up coming regulatory change, assisting on any contentious investigations and assist on external lobbying.
They need someone with a strong regulatory background from either in house or private practice who is able to work with senior stakeholders to provide practical solutions.
The role will cover the regulatory landscape affecting both the UK and EU and will provide a lot of interesting and challenging projects to be involved in.
The company operates globally across nearly 30 countries and is highly regarded.
The team has a great relationship with the business and are a good bunch to work with.
They need demonstrable regulatory experience and this will ideally include extensive trading exposure.
They will require you to be qualified in England & Wales or from a common law equivalent.
