Location: West Auckland Region | Field-Based
Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 per annum

A global leader in sustainable packaging is seeking a driven, relationship focused Account Manager to join its External Sales team and play a key role in delivering commercial growth across the Division.

The role carries significant ownership: managing the full sales cycle, influencing customer strategy, and working closely with internal teams to ensure proposals and implementations land with impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong, long term relationships across all customer levels
* Manage a diverse portfolio from discovery through to successful implementation
* Use insight and data to understand customer needs and shape opportunities
* Develop tailored proposals that demonstrate clear commercial and technical value
* Present structured solutions covering scope, timelines, and commercials
* Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements aligned to business objectives
