Role Overview
Growthcurve is seeking a highly skilled Brand Designer to lead brand transformation and campaign artwork both for Growthcurve and for our diverse roster of fast-growth client brands across industries. The role focuses on creating unique, impactful ad designs and branding solutions to drive client business growth, while also reimagining Growthcurve’s own brand identity as we lead the next wave of growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and creatively transform the visual identity and brand refresh for Growthcurve, developing a distinctive, future-facing look and feel
* Design original, high-performance ad creative and campaign artwork to run across key digital, social, and paid channels for clients in tech, fintech, D2C, and more
* Create and evolve branding systems, visual identities, and design assets for startup and scale-up clients, ensuring brand consistency and unique positioning
* Provide art direction—setting standards, conceptualising, and guiding end-to-end creative output for client campaigns and internal projects
* Collaborate closely with growth strategists, creative production, and campaign managers to execute data-driven, results-focused creative
* Own hands-on execution of typography, illustration, layout, and conceptual visual storytelling
* Develop and realise interaction and motion concepts for digital ads and branding (major bonus)
* Maintain expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and related design tools
* Contribute to UI, interaction, and motion design, especially for video ads, landing pages, and mobile campaigns
* Stay current on design trends and actively bring fresh ideas and innovation to agency and client work
Requirements
* 4+ years proven experience in hands-on visual design, art direction, and branding for high-growth agencies or client-focused environments
* Impressive portfolio showing channel-ready campaign artwork, unique ad designs, and distinctive brand identities developed for tech, D2C, or startup clients
* Advanced skills in typography, illustration, and conceptual storytelling applied to ads and brand development
* Demonstrated expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and rapid prototyping tools
* Bonus for proficiency in motion, interaction, UI design, and campaign assets for paid media
* Creative problem-solver and visual thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, growth-minded agency culture
