We are looking for a Junior Contract Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing a commercial portfolio across Bristol and Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer or supervisor looking to progress into management, offering strong support, development, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team of five engineers across multiple commercial sites
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth contract delivery
* Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and manage health & safety procedures
* Assist with scheduling, work allocation, and performance management of engineers
* Liaise with subcontractors and manage procurement of materials as needed
About You:
* Background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering within Facilities Management
* Experience in a supervisory, senior engineering, or team-leading capacity
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Familiarity with PPM and reactive maintenance environments
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Previous exposure to contract coordination or management responsibilities
