You will take ownership of key audit assignments, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard while fostering team development and exceptional client relationships.
* Lead audit fieldwork on key client assignments, managing planning, budgeting, and delivery within agreed deadlines and budgets
* Review and mentor trainee work, ensuring quality and supporting professional growth
* Maintain high standards of quality assurance and client care throughout all assignments
* Support portfolio management and assist with billing processes
* Identify and act on business development opportunities, including networking and expanding client relationships
* Stay current with technical developments to enhance service delivery
You will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, professional qualifications, and organisational skills, enabling you to deliver high-quality work while maintaining the highest standards.
* AAT and ACA qualified with strong compliance and technical knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach
* Committed to upholding and promoting company values in all work
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems (FibreCRM, Intapp, etc.)
* Skilled in prioritising, planning, and managing multiple tasks effectively
* Strong timekeeping and time management abilities
