Youll have the opportunity to work on varied and meaningful cases, with exposure to complex liability and quantum issues, while developing strong client relationships from instruction through to resolution.The Role Will Involve:Managing a caseload of employers liability, public liability and clinical negligence mattersAdvising clients on liability, strategy, and prospects of successDrafting pleadings, correspondence and legal submissionsEngaging in negotiations, settlement discussions and, where appropriate, litigationWorking closely with senior colleagues on more complex or high-value claimsThe Ideal Candidate:Has experience in personal injury litigation, ideally on the plaintiff sideBrings strong drafting, organisational and client-care skillsIs commercially aware, proactive and keen to develop their practiceClinical negligence experience is advantageous but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with a strong reputation in plaintiff litigation, offering high-quality work, genuine responsibility and long-term career development.
