A thriving specialist school in Uxbridge is seeking a Behaviour Mentor/Teaching Assistant to join their team.
What You'll Do:
1. Support students 1:1 or in small groups, working 5 days a week in school or college provisions.
2. Empower learning, increase engagement, and improve attainment for students with MLD and SLD.
3. Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents to ensure seamless support between school and home.
4. Develop your skills as an LSA while making a lasting impact.
Details:
* Full-time role - hours may vary.
* No prior school experience required! If you are an ex-prison officer, ex-police officer, or youth worker, the school encourages your application!

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for a permanent role in the future.
