Overview
The Event Booking and Systems Support Officer will focus on major bookable events, such as guest night dinners, garden party, foundation and select other high-profile events and supports other event operations run by the Events and Conference team. This is a part time role, 20 hours per week on an annualised hours basis.
Responsibilities
* Focus on major bookable events and support other event operations run by the Events and Conference team.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills
* Experience of working with database/customer service systems
* Excellent IT Skills particularly with Excel and Word
