We are looking for SMART Repair Technician and Polisher to join our client's busy auto body shop based in Bedford.
The job in a nutshell
* Day Shift: 8am - 5pm
* Monday to Friday
* Bedford
Job Duties:
* Perform smart repairs on vehicles including paintwork, alloy wheels, and interior trims
* Polish vehicles to ensure a high-quality finish (Fresh Paint Polish)
* Identify and rectify any imperfections on the vehicle's surface
* Use appropriate tools and equipment to achieve desired results
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in smart repair and polishing within the automotive industry
* Knowledge of different paint types and application techniques
* Attention to detail and precision in work
Education:
* Relevant vocational qualifications in automotive repair or similar field
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in smart repair and polishing
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of vehicle surfaces and materials
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications in paint correction and detailing
* Experience with using specialist polishing equipment
