THE ROLE
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and profitable running of the club, delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing and inspiring a passionate team. You’ll oversee all day-to-day operations, from F&B, events, music and membership development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and wider staff.
* Ensure service standards remain consistently high across all outlets.
* Drive member engagement and satisfaction, fostering a welcoming yet exclusive atmosphere.
* Oversee budgets, P&L, and operational efficiencies.
* Work closely with ownership and senior stakeholders to deliver the club’s vision.
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and all relevant regulations.

* Proven track record as a General Manager or senior leader within a luxury hospitality, lifestyle venue, or members’ club.
* Strong F&B expertise with an eye for detail and creativity.
* Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
* Charismatic, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
* A passion for music, culture, and the arts is highly desirable.
