* Preparing and serving cold & hot buffet breakfast.
* Welcoming guests and clearing tables.
* Checking that all fridges and displays have been sufficiently stocked.
* Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, including meat, fish, and vegetables, according to established recipes and standards
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness
* Collaborate to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
* Assist in adjusting menu items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns
* Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
* Ensure adequate supplies of clean utensils, crockery, and other kitchen equipment
* Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
* Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
