Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated handyman / woman and Support Worker training will be provided for the position of support worker, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in various maintenance work such as painting and decorating. This position involves general maintenance work. The Support Worker will play a role in supporting residents to maintain their independence as much as possible and help with day to day tasks. ( Training will be given for this role )
Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance tasks across various parts of the home including outdoor area`s
* Painting and decorating, Small plumbing electrical jobs like blocked sinks changing light bulbs etc.
* Conducting regular maintenance on buildings and grounds including cleaning checking equipment and performing seasonal yard care.
* Help assemble furniture
* Empty external waste bins and remove litter
* Hanging pictures and various fixings, touch up painting,
Experience
* Basic computer skills
* Able to clime ladders
* Clean windows indoors
* Painting decorating
* Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Experience with manufacturing processes is advantageous but not mandatory. Join our team as a Support Worker where training will be provided. We look forward to your application

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
