Position: Senior Manager, Academia (Europe)

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager to lead our academic initiatives across the UK and EU. This is a strategic leadership position, responsible for representing EC-Council within the academic sector, driving the adoption of our world-class cybersecurity certification programmes within universities. This role also entails managing our existing university partnerships, ensuring partner institutions have the educational resources and support they need to effectively deliver our curriculum to their students.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual with an interest in cybersecurity, who is ready to make an immediate impact in this fast-paced role. Collaboration is key as you will be working closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and support, as well as with our strategic channel partners, to expand EC-Council’s presence in the European market.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing academic partners, supporting them in delivering EC-Council’s curriculum.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the goals and key performance indicators (OKRs) for the role are met.
Lead sales training efforts, enabling the sales teams of partner universities to drive success.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally complemented by an MBA or technical graduate qualification (or equivalent experience).
~6-10 years of experience in partner management, ideally within the UK and European markets.
~ Strong technical knowledge, coupled with sales expertise, to effectively engage with customers and lead discussions.
~ Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
