Business Relationship Manager\n\nLocation: Cardiff / Hybrid – 2 days in the office 3 at home\nSalary: £25,500\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nRecruitment Fox are proud to be representing our client, a highly respected organisation within the insurance and financial services sector, who are seeking a motivated and engaging Business Relationship Manager to join their growing team.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced relationship-builder with strong telephone sales skills, looking to work with financial advisers, brokers and other professionals to deliver an excellent service and drive growth.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Business Relationship Manager, you will:\n\nProactively manage a portfolio of existing and prospective broker accounts, developing trusted relationships\nPerform structured outbound account management via telephone, email and LinkedIn to maximise engagement\nConfidently promote the company’s general insurance products and services to brokers, supporting them with queries and training needs\nDeliver webinars and online demonstrations to client firms as part of sales activity\nUse a CRM system to plan, record and manage all account activity\nContribute ideas for service improvements by capturing broker feedback and sharing best practices within the team\nSupport the sales and marketing team at industry events and conferences when required\nHandle inbound broker enquiries by phone, live chat or email, ensuring a responsive and professional serviceAbout You\n\nWe’re looking for someone with:\n\nProven experience in telephone-based sales or account management roles\nConfidence in building rapport, influencing and persuading customers\nStrong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different clients\nResilience and motivation to manage outbound contact lists effectively\nExperience using CRM systems\nA track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs\nGood planning and organisational skills\nA customer-focused approach, committed to delivering high-quality support\n(Desirable but not essential) Knowledge of insurance, financial advice, broking, mortgages or banking sectorsWhat’s In It For You?\n\nA supportive and collaborative environment that values professional development\nOpportunity to be part of a business committed to customer service and continuous improvement\nFlexible working approach (hybrid)\nCompetitive salary and performance-related incentivesApplication Process\n\nRecruitment Fox are representing the client for this position.
