Order Processor Administrator - £30,000 based in Addlestone, Surrey
We are looking for an organised and detail-driven Order Processor Administrator to manage the sales order process from initial enquiry through to quotation, order handling and completion. Experience working with multiple currencies would be useful, and any exposure to a technical or product-based environment would be an advantage.
This is a busy and varied office role involving customer contact, quotations, order processing, supplier coordination, returns administration and system updates. You will play a key part in keeping orders accurate, on schedule and running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Preparing quotations and processing orders
Managing the order process from start to finish
Placing supplier orders and tracking progress
Coordinating returns, repairs and related administration
Updating internal systems and order records
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Supporting general office administration and reporting
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in order processing, administration or sales support
Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
Confident communication skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Able to manage a busy workload and follow processes accurately
Experience with foreign currency orders or technical products would be beneficial
