* Job Title - Business Development Manager – Food Testing & Advisory Services
* Job Type - Permanent
* Location - Remote UK, with frequent travel
* Hours - 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
* Salary - Highly competitive base salary

Overview of the role :
* New business sales and development of profit revenue streams, selling SGS Food Testing & Advisory Services
* Identifying, engaging, and winning new customers for the Food Testing & Advisory Services
* Supporting customers to measure, verify and improve the business performance across their operations and supply chain – within the Health & Nutrition sector
* Attending meetings and events throughout the UK
* Working to UK sales targets
* Supporting and working with internal Health & Nutrition Managers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has proven experience in selling consultative services in a technical B2B environment - within a Food Testing / Advisory environment or within food manufacturing testing environment
You will also have the following:
* Degree level or similar qualified in a field linked to Food Technology or Nutrition area of studies
* Full Driving license for use in the UK
* Worked within a highly regulated environment
* A strong desire and determination to break into new growth areas and achieve sales targets
