Fix or Flex – Rotas That Work for You We understand that work-life balance matters. That’s why we offer a rota that can be tailored to suit your needs. We’re ideally looking for someone who can cover up to 40 hours per week, but we’re open to discussion on what works for you. Choose between 4 longer days or 5 shorter days each week. Requirement to participate in a Saturday morning rota, with time off given in lieu. No night duties. No out-of-hours. Inpatients are transferred to another site – meaning no overnight care. About The Role This is a varied and rewarding RVN role where you’ll make a real difference every day. Key responsibilities include: Assisting vets in theatre, including anaesthetics. Taking a leading role in patient care – from inducing patients to taking X-rays. Running and developing nurse clinics (e.g. weight management, diabetic clinics, post-op checks). Providing excellent inpatient care. Working with modern equipment including digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and ultrasound. Supporting our Student Veterinary Nurse training, as we are a training practice.
