Job Description:
As part of the sales team, you will design, develop, and deliver onboarding, skills, destination, and product training. You will oversee the entire training cycle, including coordination and evaluation, to enhance team knowledge and performance.
* Support the design and delivery of sales and product training sessions
* Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing support to the sales team
* Prepare training materials, manage schedules, and maintain records
* Coordinate familiarisation trips and liaise with external partners
* Develop your product knowledge to eventually lead training sessions
* Stay informed on travel trends and product updates
Experience Required:
* Experience in sales, coaching, mentoring, or training within the travel industry
* Good knowledge of southern-hemisphere destinations such as Africa and Australasia
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative and team-oriented approach
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges
* Attention to detail
