Overview
The University of Southampton is seeking to appoint a fixed term maternity leave cover for 12 months with possible extension for the role of Associate Director of Infrastructure.

The Estates masterplan includes an ambitious programme with £1bn of investment over the next decade to deliver a sustainable, inclusive estate.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of subject matter experts across electrical, mechanical, safety and infrastructure engineering to provide technical leadership to operational maintenance and project teams within Estates & Facilities.
* Act as the intelligent client representative across estate development, owning the infrastructure masterplan and overseeing significant capital investment to achieve Net Zero.
* Prioritise effectively, deliver exceptional customer service, and operate within budget.
* Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder engagement and team leadership, with a results-focused, customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
* Experience managing a complex portfolio within a Russell Group university or similar environment.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities within budgetary constraints.
