Job Title: Commercial Paint Sprayer
Salary: £13.50 - £16 per hour (experience dependant) - OT time and a half available
Hours: 50 hours per week (Standard hours 8-5 Mon-Fri)
Location: MORECAMBE - LA3

Job Description
Experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer required for a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment. Your primary role will be to prepare and paint metal components or products to a high-quality finish.
Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain commercial paint spray equipment and booths.
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and sanding.
* Mask and protect areas not requiring paint.
* Mix paints and primers to the correct specifications.
* Apply consistent, high-quality paint coatings to products.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Follow all health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
* Meet production targets and quality standards.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial or industrial paint spraying role.
* Proven experience with spray guns and paint booth operations.
* Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques.
* A strong, safety-conscious work ethic.
* Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
* Own basic PPE (respirator, etc.) - tools/equipment to be discussed.
