Job Description:
Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent company based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between £38k and £48k. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge, although cross-training from another GDS is available.
- Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.
- Handle air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing dedicated support to all customers using Sabre.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.
- Handle administrative tasks, including accounting queries, promptly and accurately.
Skills Required:
* Touring or production experience
* Sabre knowledge (training available)
* Flexible location within the UK
* Availability to work hours from 9am to 6pm or later if preferred
* Strong reissue, ticketing, and refund experience
