The Opportunity Branta Recruitment is working with a premier North East building services firm that is looking for a technical specialist to join their growing maintenance division. The Role Joining a busy, high-energy mobile team, you will be the lead technician for a wide range of domestic gas and electrical appliances across a diverse North East portfolio. Key Responsibilities: * Multi-Brand Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic appliances, including gas cookers, range ovens, hobs, and integrated electrical goods. * Gas Safety & Servicing: Carrying out annual safety checks and performance tuning on gas-fired appliances to ensure 100% statutory compliance. * Fault-Finding: Using your electrical and mechanical knowledge to solve intermittent faults. * Technical Growth: Acting as the "Domestic Expert" while training alongside Senior Commercial Engineers to learn the ropes of large-scale catering and heating plant. * Customer Excellence: Providing professional, clear advice to clients on appliance care, energy efficiency, and safety.
