Job Title: Client Executive Level & Responsibility: This role might be better know as Account Executive in other businesses. Salary: £28,000 (depending on experience), plus our 10% discretionary bonus Location & Hybrid Working: Leeds, 2-3 days minimum per week in office. The role We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Asda Partnership with SMG. In this role, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of media across all channels in your category area and working alongside the commercial teams, driving successful campaign delivery for the media centre. It will be essential for you to build strong relationships with your key stakeholders, both internal and external, using effective communication skills to support the total business commercial goals and targets. You will successfully process and manage a variety of campaigns, ensuring briefs and artwork material meets guidelines and adheres to the set critical paths, with close attention to detail. Why SMG? What you'll be doing We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like: Support the co-ordination of your assigned category across all monetised channels, ensuring deadlines are met and the media is delivered as per the SLAs. Liaise with and support your clients on the guidelines, information required and critical paths. Approve and reject briefs based on set criteria and see all booked campaigns in your category through to live, ensuring process is followed at each milestone. Build strong relationships with your clients, internal and external teams to drive collaboration across all functions. Support wider organisational projects, whilst helping to create a great workplace and support with SMG's mission to lead connected commerce marketing.
